135 Jardins: A Landmark Residential Building in Balneario Camboriu

An Iconic Design by Rodrigo Kirck

The 135 Jardins project stands out among the urban fabric with its conceptual strong solution, inspired by the classic modernist architecture.

The 135 Jardins project, designed by Rodrigo Kirck, is a residential building that aims to become a landmark in the city of Balneario Camboriu, Brazil. Its unique and iconic design sets it apart from other buildings in the area. Inspired by the principles of modernist architecture, the building features a pure and monolithic form.

What makes the 135 Jardins project different is its strong emphasis on creating an iconic presence. The building's basic volume is designed as a prism, with the apartment tower interconnecting with its base and retail area. This positioning sets it apart from its competitors in the market, making it a standout choice for residents and investors.

The 135 Jardins project is realized using a combination of materials such as concrete, glass, galvanized steel, and ACM aluminum composite material. These materials not only contribute to the building's aesthetics but also ensure its durability and longevity.

With 40 floors and 62 residential units, the project offers spacious living spaces ranging up to 178.56 square meters. The recreational areas cover a total of 1,748.27 square meters and offer 25 different options for residents to enjoy. Additionally, the project includes parking spaces for the ground stores, public use, and the residential units.

One of the key features of the 135 Jardins project is its focus on providing a luxurious and hotel-like living experience. The building is designed to integrate seamlessly with its surroundings, with extensive green areas and open spaces. The aim is to create a sense of tranquility and relaxation for the residents, allowing them to live close to the sea while enjoying a wide range of amenities.

The 135 Jardins project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by 2024. The design process involved extensive research into modernist concepts and the integration of participatory design principles. The result is a timeless and asymmetric design that not only stands out but also enhances the urban fabric of Balneario Camboriu.

Recognizing its excellence, the 135 Jardins project was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category in 2021. This prestigious award acknowledges the project's outstanding creativity and ingenuity, showcasing its strong technical and creative skills. The 135 Jardins project truly contributes to improving the quality of life and making the world a better place.
